30Body is seeking a high-performing Sales Consultant in Garland, TX to lead 1-on-1 client consultations for our non-invasive fat-loss programs. You will welcome warm, pre-booked prospects, perform body assessments, and close customized 30Body packages with a focus on trust and results.

Qualifications

• Proven Sales Experience: 2+ years of face-to-face sales experience (e.g., gym memberships, weight loss clinics, med spas, high-ticket retail, or personal training).
• The "Closer" Mentality: Comfortable asking for the money, handling objections, and closing the sale on the first visit.
• Empathy & Connection: Ability to connect deeply with people who are frustrated with their bodies, making them feel safe and supported.
• Goal-Oriented: Thrives under a monthly sales quota and aims for top leaderboard position.
• Professionalism: Excellent verbal communication, polished appearance, and a passion for health and wellness.
• Availability: Flexible hours, including Saturdays (busiest consultation day).

What You Will Do (The Day-to-Life)

• Conducting Consultations: Lead 1-on-1 consultations with empathy, actively listening to clients' health struggles and goals.


• Performing Assessments: Guide clients through body measurements, baseline photos, and red-light technology demonstrations.


• Closing Sales: Present personalized program recommendations and confidently handle objections to close high-ticket packages.


• Client Onboarding: Set up new clients for success, ensuring they feel motivated, cared for, and excited to start.


• Retention & Referrals: Build long‑term relationships with active clients to drive program renewals, upgrades, and word‑of‑mouth referrals.


• Studio Support: Maintain a premium, welcoming studio environment, including light operational duties (scheduling, basic equipment sanitization between sessions, and CRM management).

What We Are Looking For

• Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays (our busiest consultation day).

Your First 90 Days of Success

• Days 1-30 (Learn & Shadow): Master the 30Body science, red light technology, and our consultation script. Shadow active consultations and learn our CRM system.


• Days 31-60 (Ramp Up): Conduct consultations independently. Achieve a 40%+ closing rate on warm leads and build your pipeline.


• Days 61-90+ (Full Quota): Maintain a consistent 50%+ closing rate, hit your monthly sales targets, and maximize your commission structure.
