Job summary

Prollenium Medical Technologies Inc. seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive sales and market development in the South Houston territory.

You will promote the Revanesse dermal filler portfolio, educate healthcare professionals on product safety and benefits, and support promotional efforts with FDA-regulated samples where applicable. Reporting to the Executive Director of US Sales, this role requires a minimum of 3 years in aesthetic or medical device sales, strong communication, and travel up to

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of aesthetic sales experience in a quota-driven position.
• A closer and account developer with a track record in aesthetic or medical device sales.
• High urgency for contacting leads and addressing customer service needs.
• Strong knowledge of the business and market opportunities.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of current anti-aging medical services and procedures.
• Willingness to travel 25%–50%.
• Uncapped commission structure and annual sales bonuses.
• Vehicle/mileage reimbursement, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401k and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Prollenium U.S. products within the assigned territory.
• Increase sales by using marketing materials to expand demand.
• Educate physicians and staff on product features, benefits and safety.
• Coordinate physician and staff training programs.
• Build strong relationships with physicians and staff at all levels.
• Travel within South Houston and engage key opinion leaders to grow the network.
• Share best practices with the team and participate in meetings and conferences.
