Job summary

Maia Plastic Surgery in Virginia is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Clinical Nurse with a background in aesthetic or surgical care. In a fast-paced, high-end clinical setting, you will support pre- and post-operative care, prep treatment rooms, and assist the surgeon during in-office procedures.

You will educate patients, manage medications and IVs, maintain accurate records, and help with treatment quotes while supporting front desk staff.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LVN license (state-specific).
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 2+ years of clinical experience (plastic surgery, dermatology, or OR setting preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Prepare treatment rooms and surgical suites.
• Provide patient education before and after procedures.
• Administer medications and manage IVs as needed.
• Assist the surgeon during in-office procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support front desk staff and help provide treatment quotes when needed.
• Ensure infection control protocols and clinical standards.
