Job summary

LaserAway seeks a driven Patient Care Coordinator to own one-on-one consultations, craft personalized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey. You’ll work with clinicians to deliver a seamless, premium experience from consultation to checkout.

Expect a base hourly rate of $20 with uncapped commissions and a solid path to six-figure earnings as you build patient loyalty. Full training is provided and the role requires weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability required.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure — base pay is the floor, not the goal.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through the aesthetic journey from initial hello to long-term loyalty.
• Present treatment plans and financing options; partner with clinicians and Location Director.
• Deliver a premium patient experience from arrival through checkout using LaserAway CRM.
