Job summary

LaserAway in Florida is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own one-on-one consultations, design customized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey from first visit to loyalty. You will be evaluated on building patient books, meeting revenue targets, and delivering a premium experience with our CRM-enabled workflow.

The role requires weekend availability and a polished, patient-centered approach, with full training and a competitive base plus

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure - base pay is the floor, not the goal; top performers drive their own earnings.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.
• Weekend availability required.
• Motivated by results - yours and your patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through their full aesthetic journey from initial visit to long-term loyalty.
• Present treatment plans and financing options in collaboration with clinicians and Location Director.
