Job summary

LaserAway in Florida seeks a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own one-on-one consultations, design personalized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey from greeting to loyalty.

You'll work with a CRM to manage leads and patient history, enjoy a base of $18/hr with uncapped commission, and average $70k–$95k in the first year. Full training provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Commission-first structure — base pay is the floor, not the goal; top performers drive their own earnings.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.
• Weekend availability required.
• Motivated by results — yours and your patients.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations with patients.
• Design customized treatment plans for clients.
• Guide patients through their aesthetic journey from consultation to loyalty.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services; present financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience.
• Walk into every consultation prepared using LaserAway's CRM with access to patient history.
