Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator Sales Consultant to own consultations, design treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey. Youll be a trusted advisor building long-term relationships and driving revenue in a luxury med spa setting.

Youll receive full training, a base salary with uncapped commissions, and growth into Lead PCC or Location Director roles. Weekend availability and strong customer focus are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2 years in luxury med spa or high ticket consultative sales.
• Weekend availability.
• Polished, confident and patient-centered in every interaction.
• Full-time schedule with weekends/evenings.
• Motivated by results for you and patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with patients.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director for premium patient experience from arrival to checkout.
