Job summary

LaserAway is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to lead one-on-one consultations, design personalized treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey from first visit to lasting loyalty.

You will educate patients on laser, contouring, and injectable services, present financing options, and collaborate with clinicians and location leadership to ensure a seamless, high‑end experience from arrival to checkout.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure.
• Polished, confident, and patient-centered in interactions.
• Weekend availability required.
• Motivated by results.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through their aesthetic journey from first visit to long-term relationship.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services; present treatment plans and financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
• Utilize LaserAway CRM to maintain a steady pipeline of marketing-generated leads and patient history.
