Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. in Fergus Falls, MN seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join the Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics team. You’ll work on outpatient clinic management, minor procedures, and pre/post-operative care under a board-certified surgeon, in a supportive rural setting.

The role emphasizes patient education, wound care, and coordinating labs, imaging, and referrals. Minnesota licensure with prescriptive authority and board certification required.

Qualificações

• Master's degree from an accredited NP/PA program and MN licensure.
• Board certification in ANCC/AANP for NP or NCCPA for PA.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct patient evaluations for plastic surgery and aesthetics cases.
• Diagnose and manage dermatologic and aesthetic conditions; pre/post-operative care.
• Perform or assist with in-office laser treatments, minor procedures, and injections.
• Develop treatment plans with supervising physician(s) and educate patients.
• Coordinate labs/imaging, referrals, and post-operative follow-up.
• Maintain thorough EHR documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
