Job summary

Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. in Fergus Falls, MN seeks an ENT Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to deliver comprehensive ENT care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The APP supports the ENT physician with evaluations, treatment, and follow-up for ears, nose, throat, head, and neck conditions. The role covers acute and chronic ENT care, in-office procedures, and care coordination, with a base salary range of $132,279–$170,144 per year and additional production-based income.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in an accredited NP/PA program.
• Current Minnesota NP or PA licensure or eligible to obtain.
• Certification by ANCC/AANP (NP) or NCCPA (PA).
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in plastic surgery, general surgery, allergy/immunology, or dermatology preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and patient-centered approach.
• Commitment to rural healthcare and serving diverse populations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive ENT evaluations with history, exam, and treatment plans.
• Manage common ENT conditions and coordination of care.
• Provide pre/post-operative patient education and care.
• Assist with in-office ENT procedures.
• Order and interpret audiograms, imaging, labs, and allergy tests.
• Collaborate with ENT, audiology, primary care, and other services.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient education.
• Provide timely communication with patients and providers.
