Job summary

The Bengtson Center for Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive peri-operative nursing care, from pre-op through post-op, and to coordinate patient safety with the surgical team. The role emphasizes a patient-centered, compassionate approach within a busy aesthetic practice.

Active Michigan RN license with BLS is required; BSN is preferred and ACLS is a plus. Experience in plastic surgery or med spa settings is desirable.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Michigan RN license required; BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Previous plastic surgery/med spa experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide peri-operative nursing care during pre-op and post-op phases.
• Coordinate patient care and safety with surgical teams.
• Demonstrate professional growth and accountability in nursing practice.
• Serve as liaison with the NVSS team at BCAPS.
• Deliver patient-centered, welcoming and efficient care experiences.
• Ensure comprehensive nursing care through the peri-operative process.
