Job summary

EyeSouth Partners LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant for the Oculoplastics & Aesthetics department at Central Florida Eye Specialists. You will provide clinical support across cosmetic and medical/surgical services, helping maintain smooth patient flow and delivering high-quality care and service.

The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and detail-oriented, with comfort in a fast-paced specialty setting where clinical excellence and patient experience are prioritized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Experience in ophthalmology, dermatology, plastics or procedural specialties a plus.
• Experience assisting with cosmetic procedures (Botox, dermal fillers, IPL) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and treatment rooms for cosmetic and aesthetic procedures.
• Assist the provider during Botox, dermal filler, IPL, and other aesthetic treatments.
• Review and document patient histories, medications, allergies, and treatment information.
• Assist with postoperative visits and in-office surgical procedures as appropriate.
• Maintain infection-control and room-cleaning standards and ensure supplies are replenished.
