Pinch is seeking experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners in Minnesota for flexible, part-time concierge injections delivered in clients’ homes. Earn above-market pay on a 1099 basis with autonomy, while following Pinch clinical protocols and maintaining high safety standards.

You’ll inject neurotoxins, perform microneedling and peels, and grow your client book with marketing support and ongoing education. Training focuses on Pinch protocols and expanding services.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota APRN license (full practice authority preferred).
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently.
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.).
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge aesthetic care including neurotoxin injections, microneedling, chemical peels.
• Skincare and at-home facial experiences for clients.
• Treat clients sourced through Pinch marketing and personal network.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely client records.
• Manage supplies responsibly and follow Pinch protocols.
• Collaborate with other Pinch Providers and clinical/support teams.
• Use the Pinch platform to retain clients and grow your book.

Requirements

Who we’re looking for:

Required:

• Active Minnesota APRN license (full practice authority preferred)
• Injectables experience (neurotoxin injections) and comfort treating independently
• Prior aesthetics experience in a clinical setting (med spa, derm, plastics, concierge, etc.)
• Strong patient communication, professionalism, and commitment to safety

Preferred:

• Existing client base or strong ability to build one through networking
• Interest in growing through events, influencer partnerships, photoshoots, and local community activations
• Availability to treat between 10 - 50 clients per month (a mix of your own network, and new clients Pinch sends you)

Training & support

This role is designed for injectors who already have experience, so training is focused on Pinch protocols, quality standards, and expanding services (peels, microneedling, skincare).
