Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a full-time MedSpa Medical Assistant in Huntersville, NC, with occasional travel to our SouthPark office. Responsibilities include greeting patients, preparing exam rooms, taking histories and vital signs, and assisting providers during aesthetic procedures.

The role requires 2+ years of medspa/derm experience, CMA/RMA/CNA certification preferred, strong communication, multitasking ability, and Nextech EMR experience preferred. Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• CMA, RMA or CNA certification preferred.
• 2+ years clinical experience in medspa/derm.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Nextech EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
• Prepares patients for visits by guiding to exam rooms and providing gowns.
• Records medical histories, vital signs, and visit purpose.
• Assists providers during aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments or injectables.
• Maintains treatment rooms and ensures supplies are available.
• Educates patients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
• Manages inventory of medical and cosmetic supplies.
• Ensures compliance with health, safety and sanitation protocols.
