This role emphasizes leadership, process optimization, HIPAA-compliant record management, inventory control, and strategic marketing collaboration with the AMP Marketing team to attract and retain discerning patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of P&L and financial management principles.
• Proven leadership acumen with high-level business operations.
• Exceptional communication skills for team and distinguished clientele.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate operational excellence and oversee daily practice operations.
• Supervise staff and delegate tasks to optimize workflow.
• Design strategies to elevate patient experience and business performance.
• Ensure compliance with AMP policies, SOPs, and regulatory changes.
• Manage inventory and perform end-of-month inventory audits.
• Oversee appointment scheduling to maximize patient satisfaction and staff efficiency.
• Record-keeping and HIPAA-compliant patient data management.
• Drive KPIs in marketing, PR, Google reviews, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns for premium services.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding with HR and develop staff skills.
