Job summary

SkinSpirit seeks an Aesthetic Practitioner in New York City, within the Medical department. This full-time role at Nordstrom requires delivering aesthetic medical services including injections, laser therapies, and laser hair removal, while building a patient base and ensuring safety.

You will consult, plan personalized treatments, educate on procedures, and stay current with trends. Availability to work evenings and weekends is required, with competitive benefits and ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice in state of employment (RN/NP/PA/MD/DO/ND).
• Minimum 2+ years in a clinical setting preferred.
• Laser experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and perform treatments.
• Educate patients on all treatment processes and post-care instructions.
• Address patient questions and manage expectations.
• Stay up to date with market trends and treatment techniques.
• Provide in-clinic GFE support for mid-level providers as licensure permits.
• Ensure patient safety at all times.
• Promote retail products and additional services.
• Maintain equipment and inventory.
• Follow established treatment protocols.
• Maintain patient charts and photos.
• Attend trainings and meetings.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Occasional travel may be required to other locations for training.
