Job summary

SkinSpirit in Seattle—University Village is seeking an Aesthetic Practitioner to join our Medical department full time. You will assess and provide aesthetic services, including cosmetic injections, laser therapies, and laser hair removal, while building a patient base and ensuring safety.

The role requires active clinical licensure in the state, 2+ years of experience, and availability for evenings/weekends. Training and a supportive team culture accompany a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Active licensed clinician required to practice in state
• 2+ years of clinical experience desired
• Experience in a clinic setting preferred
• Laser experience preferred
• Existing clientele is a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to communicate with patients, peers and managers
• Ability to multi-task while remaining flexible to business needs
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independently
• Proficient with email
• Social media experience is a plus
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and perform treatments tailored to each patient
• Educate patients on treatment processes, including pre- and post-treatment care
• Address patient questions, needs and expectations
• Stay updated with market trends and techniques for treatments
• Provide in-clinic GFE support for mid-level providers when needed, per licensure
• Ensure patient safety at all times
• Suggest and promote retail products and additional services
• Clean and maintain equipment and inventory
• Follow established treatment protocols
• Update patient charts and take before/after photos
• Generate and maintain a patient base
• Attend trainings and meetings
• Assist with other duties as assigned
• Occasional travel to other locations for training
