Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in nursing, life sciences, or related field.
• RN, LPN, NP, PA, Aesthetician or Laser Technician background encouraged.
• Three to five years of clinical training or experience with Cynosure devices.
• Willingness to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing customers on Cynosure products before and after sales.
• Provide input to update educational materials as needed.
• Field clinical questions from customers and coordinate with sales.
• Schedule initial training within two to three weeks of equipment installation.
• Ensure accounts have ordered necessary products and accessories for in-service.
• Record and track all visits and communicate findings.
• Monitor emails and software applications to respond promptly.
• Represent the company with Exceptional Everyday service.
