Job summary

SkinSpirit is a leading skincare clinic with 55+ locations nationwide, seeking a Medical Assistant to join our Seattle team. You will support aesthetic specialists, manage patient intake and prep, and help maintain treatment rooms with a focus on safety and customer care.

The position offers opportunities for travel between clinics, ongoing training, and a collaborative team environment. Evening and weekend availability is required to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer or sales experience required; aesthetic setting preferred.
• Experience as Medical Assistant is a plus and helpful for patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and team.
• Support aesthetic specialists with patient intake, treatment prep and post-care.
• Prepare equipment and examination rooms, and clean instruments.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and stock exam rooms.
• Attend monthly trainings and meetings.
• Assist with social media content as directed by clinic manager or provider.
• Travel may be required to other locations for training.
• Rebook appointments in the room.
