Compensation ranges from $50.00 to $120.00 per hour, reflecting experience and licensure. Qualifications

• License to practice in the state of employment (RN/NP/PA/MD/DO/ND).
• 2+ years of experience in a clinic setting preferred.
• Experience with laser treatments preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; must communicate effectively with patients, peers and managers.
• Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and flexible to business needs.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independently of supervision.
• Proficient with email; social media experience is a plus.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and perform treatments tailored to each patient’s needs and objectives.
• Educate patients on treatment processes, including pre and post care instructions.
• Acknowledge and respond to patient queries and expectations.
• Apply best practices and stay updated with market trends and techniques.
• For mid-level providers and above, provide in-clinic GFE support when needed.
• Ensure patient safety at all times.
• Suggest and promote retail products and additional services.
