OVME is seeking a skilled Medical Assistant (Aesthetic Assistant) to join the East Cobb studio. You will support clinical and administrative tasks, assist in aesthetic procedures, prepare rooms, and maintain client records.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, infection control, and teamwork within the Studio Team. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, including in medical offices or cosmetic settings, and are available evenings and Saturdays to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Experience in medical office or cosmetic industry is a plus.
• Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Cross-functional role as Medical Assistant and Studio Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinical staff with non-surgical aesthetic procedures (laser, injectables, peels).
• Prepare treatment rooms and stock supplies.
• Explain procedures and calm clients for comfort and safety.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control.
• Support clinical staff during procedures.
• Document client medical histories and skin assessments.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care.
