OVME is seeking a Medical Assistant (Aesthetic Assistant) for the East Cobb studio. The role crosses into Studio Coordinator duties, supporting clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient flow.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of MA experience, familiarity with cosmetic procedures, and strong organizational and communication skills to manage appointments, records, and patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Experience in a medical office or cosmetic industry is a plus.
• Credentialing in CMA/RMA/NCMA/CCMA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinical staff with non-surgical aesthetic procedures (laser, injectables, peels).
• Prepare and stock treatment rooms; ensure cleanliness and supplies.
• Explain procedures and comfort patients before treatments.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control.
• Support clinicians during procedures as needed.
• Document patient medical histories and skin assessments.
• Educate on pre-/post-care and skincare regimens.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with the clinic team.
