Job summary

The Well Lounge Medical Aesthetics, located inside the Newtown Athletic Club, seeks a friendly Medical Assistant to support an Aesthetic Nurse Injector. You will assist with patient intake, rooming, documentation, and provide a warm, informed patient experience while helping the injector run a safe, efficient schedule.

Prior aesthetics experience is a plus, but we train the right candidate on treatments, tools, and workflow to grow in the aesthetics field.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting clinical providers.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and set a welcoming tone.
• Assist with intake, rooming, and documentation while protecting confidentiality.
• Coordinate with providers and admin to maintain smooth patient flow.
• Help manage scheduling, confirmations, and patient communications.
• Answer questions about appointments, skincare and services.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain equipment.
