Job summary

NakedMD, Inc. in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our aesthetic injector team. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and perform dermal fillers, neurotoxins, microneedling, and chemical peels while maintaining the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, safety, and staying current with industry trends. You will meet consultative sales targets and assist with scheduling and coordination of treatments, with Fri/Sat availability

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid license.
• Experience in aesthetic nursing care and non-surgical procedures.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations including medical history, desired results, and treatment plans; explain aesthetic results, risks, and benefits.
• Perform aesthetic services such as dermal fillers, neurotoxins, microneedling, and chemical peels.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation including charting, before/after photos, and treatment records.
• Prioritize patient safety by maintaining hygiene and safety in the injection room and equipment decontamination.
• Provide patient-centered care and respect diverse patient rights.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns and goals.
• Stay updated on latest aesthetic treatments and products and provide accurate information to clients.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling and assist clients with scheduling treatments.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays; assist with inventory as needed.
• Must be available Fri/Sat.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits
• Perform Aesthetic Services- dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling and medical grade chemical peels
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos and treatment records.
• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.)
• Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care.
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being.
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
• Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
• Confident and competent consulting and completion of comprehensive treatment plans.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays as needed.
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels as needed.
