Job summary

NakedMD in Oklahoma City is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our aesthetic injector team. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, prepare injectables, and perform dermal fillers, neurotoxins, microneedling, and chemical peels while upholding high safety standards.

You will maintain patient records, ensure room hygiene, and assist with scheduling and inventory. A valid nursing license and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse.
• Experience in aesthetic nursing is preferred.
• Knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and patient communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medical history and goals to plan treatments.
• Administer dermal fillers and neurotoxins; perform microneedling and chemical peels.
• Document care with charts, photos, and treatment records.
• Maintain injection room hygiene and safety protocols.
• Respect patient rights and provide compassionate care.
• Conduct consultations to understand concerns and expectations.
• Stay informed on latest aesthetic techniques and products.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and treatment coordination.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays as needed.
• Manage inventory levels.
• Friday and Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans and explanation of aesthetic results, risks and benefits
• Perform Aesthetic Services- dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling and medical grade chemical peels
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos and treatment records.
• Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.)
• Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care.
• Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry.Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' aesthetic concerns, goals and overall well-being.
• Stay updated on the latest aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
• Achieve sales targets through consultative selling.
• Assisting clients in scheduling appointments and coordinating treatments.
• Confident and competent consulting and completion of comprehensive treatment plans.
• Prepare injectables and treatment trays as needed.
• Assist with maintaining inventory levels as needed.
