Job summary

TIEV Medspa is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Sales Consultant to grow revenue by guiding patients through personalized treatment plans, memberships, and packages. You will own the patient journey from consultation through follow‑up, ensuring thoughtful recommendations and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates are warm, polished, and goal‑oriented, with a proven ability to close sales while maintaining patient trust and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of direct consultation and sales experience in medical aesthetics or aesthetic medicine.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling, treatment-education, upselling, and closing skills.
• Experience managing leads, follow-up outreach, patient retention, and reactivation.
• Comfort discussing pricing and value without heavy discounts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and lead consultations with warmth and professionalism.
• Educate on personalized treatments offered in clinic in collaboration with providers.
• Drive revenue through consultative selling, packaging, memberships and upselling.
• Build lasting relationships to support loyalty and long-term planning.
• Maintain accurate patient records, notes, follow-ups, and sales documentation.
• Meet or exceed sales goals, conversion targets and KPIs.
