Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Team Collaboration

• Manage leads and client communications through phone calls, text messages, email, and CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate client records, sales activity, follow-up tasks, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with providers and front desk staff to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Stay informed about the spa's services, product offerings, promotions, and treatment protocols.
• Follow all applicable privacy, advertising, scope-of-practice, and medical spa policies.
