Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries with proven success in consultative sales and team management.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Success: Lead by example and coach PCCs to maximize clinic revenue.
• Manage Clinic Operations: Oversee scheduling and patient flow while maintaining staff breaks.
• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Monitor patient satisfaction and ensure a premium experience from consultation to treatment.
• Optimize Revenue Growth: Track CRM initiatives and pursue cross-sell, upsell, and win-back opportunities.
• Uphold Brand Standards: Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment and dress code compliance.
• Oversee Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor PCCs and clinicians.
