Job summary

LaserAway in Boston is seeking a Store Sales Manager to lead a busy aesthetic dermatology clinic, drive revenue, and deliver an outstanding patient experience. You will coach PCCs and clinicians, optimize operations, and uphold LaserAway standards.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on selling, rewards leadership, and offers a base salary plus revenue shares. A 3+ year leadership background in high‑touch retail is preferred, with evenings/weekends availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries.
• Proven success in consultative sales and team management.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Success: Lead by example, coaching PCCs and clinicians to achieve goals and maximize clinic revenue.
• Manage Clinic Operations: Oversee scheduling, ensure the clinic is busy while maintaining staff breaks and a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Monitor patient satisfaction and ensure a premium experience from consultation to treatment.
• Foster Revenue Growth: Track CRM initiatives, focus on cross-sell, upsell, and win-back strategies.
