LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to own consultative sales and patient journeys at our Midland clinic. You will conduct one-on-one consultations, educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services, and design customized treatment plans with financing options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure — base pay is the floor, not the goal; top performers drive earnings.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction.
• Weekend availability required — patients come in on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services; discuss financing options.
• Present treatment plans and guide patients through their aesthetic journey from arrival to checkout.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a premium patient experience.
