Job summary

Reliable Robotics is seeking a Radar Test Engineer to join our Test Engineering team and advance AESA radar development. You will own testing and calibration of the RF, digital and antenna circuitry, working with the radar hardware design group in a hands-on lab and in flight environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to system integration, and drive test plans to meet DO-160 environmental, DO-254 design assurance and FCC certification requirements.

Qualifications

• BS in electrical engineering or equivalent hands-on RF testing experience.
• 5+ years of professional RF testing and antenna range testing.
• Experience designing complex RF test systems and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Test and calibration of AESA radar system components.
• Own testing of the digital, RF and antenna circuit cards and calibration equipment.
• Collaborate with radar hardware design, mechanical and system engineering teams.
• Support radar system integration, testing in the lab and on aircraft, and data collection.
• Ensure certification to DO-160 environmental, DO-254 design assurance, and FCC requirements.
