Job summary

Reliable Robotics is seeking a Radar Test Engineer to join our Test Engineering team in Seattle. You will test and calibrate AESA radar components, own RF and antenna card testing, and drive testing equipment in partnership with the radar hardware team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional groups and support lab and flight-test activities, ensuring environmental, design assurance and FCC certifications are met. A strong background in RF hardware and test systems is required.

Qualifications

• BS in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of RF testing and antenna range testing.
• Ability to design complex RF test systems.
• Experience writing and executing test plans for functional and environmental testing.
• Proficient with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, VNAs and logic analyzers.

Responsibilities

• Test and calibration of the AESA radar system components.
• Own testing of digital, RF and antenna circuit cards.
• Drive test and calibration equipment in collaboration with hardware design.
• Support radar system integration, lab tests and flight test data collection.
• Ensure DO-160, DO-254 and FCC certifications.
