The role requires 3+ years with aerostat systems, ability to work 24/7, and US residency. The pay rate is $37.01 per hour USD. This position offers a challenging, mission-focused environment.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma.
• 3 Years' direct experience with Aerostat related systems; degree substitution allowed.
• Must obtain Aerostat Flight Director Certification and remain current.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operational crew in a 24/7 aerostat operation.
• Directs and performs aerostat checks and inspections.
• Maintain weather status and coordinate with control center and agencies.
• Manage flight logs, weight and balance records, and telemetry subsystems.
• Train and certify personnel in aerostat procedures.
