Qualifications

• Certification in welding to American Welding Society standards.
• Must be able to perform basic math functions.

Responsibilities

• Weld aluminum and steel parts to drawings, blueprints, or other instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints and use precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot potential machine/machining problems as required and assist on repairs.
• Stand or sit up to 2 hours at a time per the CBA; perform operations requiring movement and minor twisting for up to 2 hours.
• Must work effectively in a team environment.
