Responsibilities

• Perform fusion welding on aircraft and ground support equipment per WPS.
• Read and understand drawings to fabricate welded parts without supervision.
• Weld a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel and nickel alloys.
• Maintain weld records and ensure flight critical welds meet specifications.
• Design and fabricate weld holding fixtures as needed for welding projects.
