Science and Engineering Services, LLC is seeking a Welder to perform fusion welding on aircraft and ground support equipment according to Welding Procedures Specifications (WPS).

The role requires reading engineering drawings and welding symbols, fabricating welds per drawings without direct supervision, and performing pre-heat/post-weld stress relief as needed. Experience with structural fusion welding and brazing for ground support equipment is included.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical or Military school preferred.
• Two years of welding-related experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Performs fusion welding on aircraft and ground support equipment to a qualified Welding Procedures Specification (WPS).
• Reads and understands engineering drawings and welding symbols, fabricates weldments from drawings with minimal supervision.
• Performs pre-heat and post weld stress relief operations and maintains weld records.
