Incora is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage daily warehouse operations, coordinate a team, and resolve high-priority customer issues. Responsibilities include receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping per specifications while maintaining accuracy and safety.

You will mentor staff, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with AS/ISO standards. Ideal candidates have aerospace warehousing experience, forklift certification, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Recent forklift certification and current license preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• 3–5 years warehousing experience in aerospace or equivalent.
• Ability to analyze situations, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Experience leading and motivating warehouse staff.
• Ability to train others using multiple methods.
• Safety-conscious with knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Strong MS Office skills; experience with AI tools welcome.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day warehouse processes and resolve issues.
• Coordinate team to complete tasks and handle high-priority customer issues.
• Receive, stock put-away, pick, pack, ship items per specs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts.
• Utilize RF systems or inventory databases to locate products.
• Prepare and ship orders with proper labeling.
• Maintain safety and quality standards per AS/ISO.
• Mentor less experienced staff and track productivity.
• Maintain documentation and training records.
