Job summary

Incora seeks a Warehouse Lead to manage daily warehouse operations, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate a strong team across receiving, put-away, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping of customized orders. The role demands adherence to AS/ISO quality standards and a customer-focused mindset.

You will supervise productivity, ensure accurate counts, and optimize shipping processes while maintaining compliance and safety across the facility, reporting to the operations team at Incora.

Qualifications

• Lead day-to-day warehouse processes and troubleshoot issues within scope.
• Manage high priority and complex customer issues through team coordination and follow-through.
• Hands-on duties include receiving, stock put away, inventory management (cycle-count and rack confirmations), picking, packing, pulling, documenting and shipping customized orders, per written specifications.
• Areas of responsibility may include Electronic Products Group component parts warehousing, Government Kits, within varied warehouse environments.
• Passionate about Incora values and exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Run daily productivity reports, delegate assignments, and lead in locating appropriate product with RF system or inventory database.
• Ensure correct quantities and sizes are pulled, counted, weighed; follow written specifications and perform data entry.
• Maintain and apply knowledge of Wesco Warehouse instructions, policies, and procedures.
• Use scales and label printers to weigh/how many items; oversee packing and preparation for shipment.
• Lead or monitor packaging to ensure accurate counts and adherence to customer requirements.
• Utilize carrier and third-party shipping systems for efficient dispatch.
• Maintain order status in the computer database and act as a contact for Quality, Customer Service, and Sales.
• Mentor less experienced personnel to resolve issues and share knowledge.
• Prepare training records and maintain quality stamps / ISO documentation.
• Cross-train to assist in other warehouse functions.
• Communicate with team to uphold standards for quality, safety, and productivity; attend meetings and trainings.
• Support compliance with OSHA, DOT, IATA, and RCRA regulations as applicable.
