Job summary

Component Repair Technologies, Inc. (CRT) seeks an intermediate level Visual/Dimensional Inspector to verify airworthiness and conformance to OEM standards during receiving, in-process, and final inspections.

The Inspector will verify and validate work performed by CRT and subcontractors to meet specifications in accordance with FAA and other world regulatory bodies. Working in a state-of-the-art facility completed in June 2023, the role includes extensive in-house training to develop the

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in aircraft maintenance or similar environment.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret OEM manuals and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect components for wear, corrosion, fretting, gouges, and other damage.
• Measure parts using micrometers, calipers, borescopes, dial-indicator gages, etc.
• Determine whether features meet serviceability and reparability standards.
• Document inspection findings and report results clearly.
• Support engineering with new procedures and continuous improvement.
