The Inspection Department Supervisor (Visual/Dimensional Inspection) is responsible for leading the daily operations, personnel, and performance of the Inspection Department during their assigned shift. This role requires a technically proficient leader who can effectively manage workflow, ensure compliance with quality standards, develop team members, and drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in visual and dimensional inspection, demonstrated leadership experience, and the ability to balance hands‑on technical responsibilities with team leadership and accountability. The supervisor will foster a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and employee development while ensuring departmental and customer expectations are consistently achieved.
