Aptiv is seeking a Senior Technical Integration Lead Engineer to champion the integration and validation of robotics, drones, and autonomous platforms. You will bridge research, product development, and customer demonstrations, driving reliable performance across sensing, compute, and autonomy.

In this highly visible role, you will lead cross‑functional teams, optimize integration workflows, and plan customer demonstrations while ensuring system readiness for field tests and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a relevant engineering field with 8+ years in robotics or autonomous systems.
• Proven experience leading cross-disciplinary integration efforts across hardware and software.
• Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and field troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration, bring-up, and deployment of Aptiv technologies on robotics, drone, and autonomous platforms.
• Serve as technical lead for hardware and software integration for demonstrations and field testing.
• Drive end-to-end system checkout, debugging, and validation across sensing, compute, and autonomy.
• Provide leadership to engineers and technicians supporting integration and demonstrations.
• Develop and execute integration strategies for robust performance across environments and use cases.
