HX5, LLC seeks an Aerospace V&V Systems Engineer to support the SR-1 mission at NASA Glenn Research Center in Brook Park, Ohio. The role leads V&V planning and execution for the SR-1 NPM and interfaces with NASA and industry partners.

You will define verification methods, maintain the Verification Matrix, coordinate test planning, and validate mission requirements and operations concepts in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with verification and validation planning and execution.
• Experience with spacecraft integration at system and subsystems levels.
• Knowledge of formal systems engineering processes.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with NASA and partners.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to collaboration with NASA and industry partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead SR-1 NPM V&V planning and execution.
• Define verification methods for all requirements.
• Define and maintain the Verification Matrix for V&V alignment.
• Ensure the V&V Plan aligns with SR-1 V&V plan.
• Coordinate subsystem and system test planning for requirement closure.
• Validate mission requirements and concept of operations.
• Collaborate with Integration & Test and External Interfaces leads.
• Interface with mission-level V&V planning.
