Job summary

HX5, LLC is seeking an Aerospace Cybersecurity Systems Engineer in Brook Park, Ohio to support NASA Glenn Research Center. This role focuses on SE&I for the SR-1 Freedom Nuclear Power Module, leading external interfaces management and coordinating with NASA and industry partners.

The candidate will develop interface documents, track risks, and support mission-level planning within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years relevant experience
• Master's degree with 6-15 years relevant experience
• PhD with 0-3 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Define and manage SR-1 NPM external interfaces and tripartite collaborations
• Develop Interface Definition Documents (IDD) and Interface Requirements Documents (IRD)
• Coordinate interface changes with NASA, industry partners, and vendors
• Track interface risks and issues and drive resolution with the lead systems engineer
• Support mission-level interface development and management planning
