Job summary

Element Materials Technology in Connecticut is seeking a certified NDT UT Level II Inspector to join our aerospace inspection team. Qualifications

• Certified UT Level II NAS 410 or equivalent
• At least 1 year immersion UT experience
• Experience with aerospace components
• Ability to read drawings and specifications
• Attention to safety and inspection accuracy
• Team-oriented in a production/inspection environment

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, and operate immersion ultrasonic testing equipment.
• Perform UT inspections and evaluate aerospace components for acceptance or rejection.
• Select techniques and transducers based on requirements.
• Interpret, evaluate, and document inspection results.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, customer specs, and procedures.
• Collaborate with inspectors and production teams to maintain quality and delivery.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
