Qualifications

• 3+ years in aerospace or high precision manufacturing environment.
• Technical expertise/experience aerospace manufacturing-machining disciplines
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to remain flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be a self-starter who is able to exercise sound judgment and take initiative
• Education Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize work area tasks to maintain production efficiency.
• Assist with scheduling and monitor tasks for timely workflow.
• Maintain accountability and commitment for area of responsibility.
• Provide supervision coverage and attend meetings.
• Handle day-to-day operations and assist with troubleshooting.
• Report machine maintenance needs and address conflicts.
• Train staff, coach, promote safety, report unsafe issues.
• Collaborate with all levels of staff and management.
