Job summary

Skyeton in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to translate drawings and BOMs into precise work instructions for UAS components, drive flow improvements, and ensure quality for critical missions.

You will collaborate with QA/QC and design engineering to improve manufacturability, implement tooling solutions, and support root cause analysis in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or defense industries.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering drawings and BOMs into manufacturing work instructions.
• Drive manufacturing process improvements to optimize factory flow and reduce build time.
• Collaborate with QA/QC to ensure quality for warfighter products.
• Develop and maintain ISO 9001/AS9100 compliant manufacturing documentation.
• Work with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new/existing products.
• Identify tools, fixturing, and process solutions for production scaling.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances.
