Job summary

You will drive process improvements to optimize flow, quality, and build times while collaborating with design and quality teams. The role also includes documentation, ISO/AS9100 compliance, and mentoring junior staff, with responsibility for manufacturing readiness and continuous improvement across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, BOMs, and electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Experience in ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 environments.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation quality.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering drawings and BOMs into manufacturing work instructions for UAV production.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve flow, quality, and cycle time.
• Identify tooling, fixturing, and process improvements to support scaling.
• Collaborate with design to ensure manufacturability of products.
• Lead training and mentoring of junior engineers and production staff.
