Job summary

ASCO Industries is seeking a production support role to assist the Supervisor and production teams with technical tasks in the aerospace parts area. Responsibilities include set-up, operation of treatment processes, and cross-functional duties to ensure quality output.

The candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, willingness to work 3 shifts, basic computer skills, and strong English communication. Safety, teamwork, and adaptability are essential in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technology diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willing to work in 3 shift operation.
• Must possess basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel, PLC input) and be able to perform necessary documentation.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Strong English communication and writing skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Team oriented with flexible schedules.
• Ability to safely operate machinery.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts.
• Interface with computer control system.
• Prepare equipment for operation per procedures and specs.
• Prepare parts for treatment (e.g., cleaning, masking, blasting).
• Monitor and troubleshoot processes.
• Perform visual/physical verification of parts.
• Operate forklift and overhead crane.
• Support introduction of new projects technically.
• Train and support new employees.
• Maintain a clean work environment via 5S.
• Follow safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Other assigned duties as required.
