Job summary

Chromalloy Corporation is seeking a Production Operator to support processing and repair of aerospace components. You will operate production equipment, prepare materials, perform quality checks, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes working on the 2nd shift, standing for long periods, and maintaining a safe, organized manufacturing environment while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, masking stations, and brazing equipment.
• Prepare, mix, and handle materials in accordance with work instructions and specifications.
• Load and unload parts, components, and materials throughout the manufacturing process.
• Inspect products and components to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.
• Follow documented manufacturing processes, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support functions to ensure efficient production flow.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed.
