Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) is seeking a Training Specialist to support AEDC training operations at Arnold AFB, TN. The role focuses on developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs, including workforce qualification and safety content, across in-person and virtual formats.

You will work with SMEs and instructors to create effective learning materials, manage projects, and continually improve training services for quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, and delivering education/training programs.
• Ability to create e-learning content and training materials.
• Proven ability to work with SMEs and manage multiple training projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver computer-based training courses.
• Develop and maintain Workforce Qualification and safety training.
• Create learning materials including e-learning modules and facilitator guides.
• Coordinate with instructors and SMEs to schedule sessions.
• Audit and improve training systems and processes.
• Collaborate across teams to meet training needs and deadlines.
• Maintain training databases and monitor progress of qualifications.
